Exhibition Overview
In line with the 2013 policy guidelines to encourage diverse life experiences and enhance the creativity and innovation of youth, the Youth Art Exhibition Gallery under the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau presents "Floral Forest – Yu Ziliang Film Photography Exhibition" from April 30 to May 19, 2013.
About the Artist & Works
- The exhibition features works by local youth Yu Ziliang, a passionate film photographer.
- Subjects include still life, landscapes, and portraits.
- Notably, the overlapping image effects in the works are achieved entirely through traditional multiple exposure techniques, not computer post-processing.
- While traditional film photography is less convenient than digital, Yu Ziliang enjoys the entire process from film exposure to developing prints.
- He believes film photography is a lifestyle in itself and hopes viewers can experience its unique joys through this exhibition and engage in exchange with fellow photography enthusiasts.
About the Youth Art Exhibition Gallery
- For each exhibition, participants are assisted, guided, and encouraged by gallery staff in tasks such as exhibition preparation, promotional material design, and installation.
- This fully embodies the gallery's mission: to provide youth with space to exhibit and perform, showcase their talents, share creativity, and cultivate creative thinking and self-confidence.
