Workshop Overview
Join us for a culinary journey into the heart of Macao's heritage! Macanese cuisine, a unique intangible cultural heritage, originated in the 16th century. It blends Portuguese cooking techniques with ingredients and culinary influences from Europe, Asia, and Africa, resulting in a rich and diverse array of authentic Macao dishes. This cuisine is a delicious testament to Macao's unique food culture and its historical role as a vital node on the Maritime Silk Road.
This series of workshops offers eight sessions dedicated to four classic Macanese dishes, providing a hands-on introduction to this treasured culinary tradition.

- Target Participants: Macao residents aged 15 and above.
- Registration Fee: MOP 100 per person, per session. Participants can register for multiple sessions or a single session.
