Macau Design Centre is the city's first multi-functional building dedicated to creative design. It was revitalized from a long-abandoned old factory building. The centre features a design boutique gallery, performance venue, café, exhibition halls, and a rooftop garden, aiming to pool design resources and provide a venue for various design-related activities.
This architectural exhibition explores the significant contributions of architect Manuel Vicente over more than 40 years. His reflections on Macau encompass architectural and urban planning dimensions, as well as the role of architects in responding to a changing society.
