Program Overview
The CTM Youth Development Program 2024 is now open for applications! This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to gain valuable experience and insights into the telecommunications industry.
What's in it for you?
Selected participants will have the chance to:
- Learn a series of professional knowledge related to the telecommunications industry.
- Gain hands-on experience and observe the daily operations of various departments within CTM.
- Visit and understand the daily operations and development of different local and Greater Bay Area enterprises and government departments.
Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if you are:
- Aged 18 or above.
- A local recent high school graduate or a current university student.

Participants who successfully complete the internship and meet the required standards will have the opportunity to receive:
- A scholarship of up to MOP 5,000.
- A certificate issued by CTM.
