This event is held to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the birth of General Ye Ting. To help the public learn more about General Ye Ting's life and the history of his former residence, the Cultural Affairs Bureau organized a series of activities at the General Ye Ting Former Residence on September 10, 2016.

- Registration: Interested participants could register via the Cultural Affairs Bureau's online event registration system (www.icm.gov.mo/eform/event) from the announcement date until September 9. Registration was on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Note: A total of 300 sets (photo with sleeve) were available, one set per person, while stocks last.

- Time: 10:00–15:00
- Note: The Post Office set up a postal counter on-site to sell special philatelic products and provide a commemorative postmark cancellation service for the public.
