🎭 City Chronicles – The Battle of Macau ⚔️
City Chronicles is an ongoing project that will present a series of immersive and interactive performances themed around Macau's history and culture. Through vivid and engaging experiences, audiences will explore Macau from a unique perspective, understand its history, and get to know the city we live in.
The Battle of Macau is the first work in the City Chronicles series. Audiences will look out from the Mong-Há Fort towards the landing site of the Dutch naval invasion over 400 years ago, revisiting the origins and conclusion of the largest battle in Macau's history. Together, they will experience the miraculous events under the flames of war and engage in a simulated battle at Mong-Há Fort.
Important Information
- Age Restriction: Not suitable for audiences under 13 years old.
- Language: Cantonese program. Audience members must use the headphones provided by the association to enjoy the performance.
- Accessibility: The performance involves going up and down steps. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
