This exhibition is a retrospective and showcase of the overall state of Chinese contemporary art in 2022. Based on in-depth research into thousands of exhibitions, artists, and vast archives across the country throughout the year, it distills representative works from 100 artists/groups. Through thematic overviews, it presents the latest holistic developments in Chinese contemporary art. The exhibition will also feature original works from some of the artists, comprehensively demonstrating the outcomes of the annual survey research.
