The "Cheng" Ceramic Art Exhibition – Xie Jiancheng's Childhood World showcases the artistic journey of Xie Jiancheng, a student with intellectual disabilities from Macau Special Olympics. About the Artist

Xie Jiancheng was diagnosed with moderate intellectual disability at age three. Despite challenges with verbal communication, he discovered a profound talent for ceramics. Through his work at Macau Special Olympics, he has developed a unique artistic voice, transforming everyday observations and imaginative worlds into vibrant, colorful sculptures. His joy in creation is palpable and invites viewers into his happy artistic realm.
