Program Overview
"Career Explorer: Work Experience Program" is a simulated real-world initiative designed to give teenagers a taste of the complete work journey. Participants will experience job applications, interviews, training (covering both personal development and professional skills), and performance evaluations.

- Work Experience Stipend: Participants receive an allowance as an incentive.
- Certificate of Completion: Awarded to all participants.

- Wynn Palace Kitchen (Pastry & Dim Sum) Trainee
- Social Service Center Activity Assistant
- After-school Tutoring Instructor
- Product Salesperson
- Shop Waiter/Waitress
- Media Assistant
- Adventure Guide
- Clerical Work
- Life Experience in Hong Kong: The program includes a life experience component in Hong Kong.
Eligibility
- Open to teenagers aged 16 or above (high school students).
