Boat Lecture: Understanding Macau's Flood Control and Drainage Construction from the Sea
Following the devastation of Typhoons Hato and Mangkhut, building flood control and drainage facilities in the Inner Harbour to protect low-lying areas is an urgent and critical project. We are honored to invite Mr. Lam U Tou, President of the Association for Promoting New Ideas for Macau (PCCA), to share insights on Macau's flood control and drainage construction.
