The Youth Art Gallery under the Education and Youth Development Bureau will present the "Beginning of the Road – Leung Yu Bo Solo Exhibition" from September 4 to 13, 2015.
The exhibition features the works of young artist Leung Yu Bo, who is passionate about artistic creation. The displayed works include watercolor, oil painting, sculpture, and digital art. For this exhibition, Leung Yu Bo will not only showcase her latest creations but also present past works and preparatory sketches, serving as a comprehensive summary of her artistic journey over the years. Through this diverse collection, she aims to share her ideas and emotions with the audience, offering a chance to explore and engage with varied forms of artistic expression.
A notable aspect of each exhibition at the gallery is that participants, with the assistance, guidance, and encouragement of gallery staff, are involved in various preparatory tasks such as exhibition planning, promotional material design, and installation. This hands-on process fully embodies the gallery's mission: to provide a space for young people to exhibit their talents and share their creativity, while fostering innovative thinking and self-confidence.
