Using cosmetics as a medium, the exhibition's curation and design highlight three key aspects: "Science and Aesthetics," "Science, Technology, and Society," and "Science + Fashion.
A theater comprising five small units—cleansing, skincare, dental care, fragrance, and makeup—showcases the evolution and development of cosmetics from ancient times to the present. You can not only appreciate the diverse beauty that cosmetics bring to humanity but also feel the history and culture embedded within different forms of beauty.
This is an audiovisual feast that cleverly demonstrates the creativity of perfumers and the magic of fragrance. It uses changing patterns of light to convey the unique fragrance structure of perfumes and employs beautiful, harmonious melodies to analogize the art of perfumery, telling the stories of different scents.
