Overview

Bamboo Bay Barbecue Park is a small barbecue park located next to Estrada de Cheoc Van. It is open 24 hours a day and provides basic facilities for a barbecue area, including tables, chairs, lighting, toilets, and a public phone booth.

The park features a catchment pond and flower beds, with water flowing year-round. The environment is serene, with swaying trees, making it a popular spot for friends to gather for barbecues, especially in the sea breeze and quiet of the night.

Across the road from the park, a long stone staircase leads directly to Cheoc Van Beach. Behind the park, a long granite staircase connects two high and low trails within the park. Climbing these steps leads to Coloane Trail, the longest hiking path in Macau. This makes the park a convenient starting point for barbecues, swimming, or hiking, adding fun to holiday activities.
