Ceramics is a traditional Chinese craft. Each piece is a unique individual. The entire process—from kneading the clay, building, shaping, and glazing, to firing—is a miracle of chance, much like all living things in the world, where no two are ever the same.
Rainbo enjoys giving ceramics different faces and expressions, as if imbuing them with distinct personalities, making them independent and vivid. The resulting works feature small faces full of personal style while retaining the simple, rustic essence of traditional ceramics. After being tempered in the kiln, they gain new life—a life that is eternal.
The "Azure Sky" - Rainbo Ceramics Solo Exhibition has traveled from Taipei to Hong Kong and now arrives at Roomage 30 Space in Macau. May these little lives bring vitality to Macau's spring!
