AP40 'Slowly' Printmaking Trio Exhibition is organized by the Macao International Printmaking Art Research Centre. The opening ceremony will be held on August 7 at 3:00 PM at the Ox Warehouse 10 Creative Garden.
This exhibition showcases the creative achievements of three artists – Wu Meiqi, Chen Jiaxin, and Liu Ruixin – during their studies at the Macao Polytechnic University. The exhibition features a variety of printmaking works, including copperplate prints, silkscreen prints, and mixed media prints.
With the theme 'Slowly,' the three artists, who are about to enter their fourth year as visual arts students, present three years of accumulated knowledge in printmaking, production techniques, creative concepts, and their daily coursework. The creative process also gently records the bits and pieces of their university life, incorporating personal life reflections, boundless imagination, and hopes for the future into their works. The exhibition hopes to allow viewers to slowly learn together through the artworks, gently release their inner thoughts, and be guided by this unhurried rhythm.
This exhibition is part of the Ox Warehouse 10 Creative Garden's Artist-in-Residence Program. All are welcome to visit.
