Event Overview

The 26th Macao International Fireworks Display Competition will light up the skies over the waters opposite the Macao Tower. This prestigious event features ten top pyrotechnic teams from around the world competing in a spectacular series of displays.

Performance Schedule & Updates

Important Schedule Changes: Due to transportation delays, the original schedule has been adjusted:

• September 8: Only one show at 9:00 PM.
• September 13: Only one show at 9:00 PM.
• September 20: Croatia's Mirnovec Fireworks performs at 10:10 PM (rescheduled from Sep 8).
• September 27: France's SODIP Fireworks performs at 10:10 PM (rescheduled from Sep 13).
• October 1: Regular schedule.

Event Highlights

• Music & Laser Synchronization: All displays are choreographed to music and enhanced with laser lights, creating a multi-sensory experience.
• Carnival Atmosphere: The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and the Macao Federation of Neighborhood Associations will host the "Fire Tree Silver Flower Carnival" on competition nights.
• Interactive Games: A SMS mobile game is available in collaboration with CTM.
• Supporting Competitions: The event also features a trophy design competition, photography contest, and student drawing competition (registrations are open).

The competition brings together world-class talent, including historic companies like Italy's La Tirrena (founded 1898) and innovative creators like Portugal's Pyrofel, known for integrating multimedia elements. Many teams are past winners of international competitions, promising an unforgettable spectacle for residents and visitors alike.
