Organized by the Sports Bureau, the "2024 Macao Obstacle Challenge Race" will be held at Hac Sa Beach on December 15. The event is conducted in an outdoor obstacle course format, testing participants' cardio endurance, muscle strength, and physical stamina. While enjoying the fun of sports, participants can also demonstrate the results of their usual training.
The "2024 Macao Obstacle Challenge Race" is open to individuals born in 2011 or earlier. The obstacle challenge course is approximately 3 kilometers long and features multiple highly challenging obstacles.
Based on the difficulty level, the event is divided into the Challenge Group and the Fun Group. The Challenge Group includes separate competitions for Men's, Women's, and Team categories, conducted over two rounds: preliminary and final. Participants who advance to the finals will get to tackle a mysterious obstacle. The Fun Group focuses on a relaxed experience.
All participants who complete the race will receive a commemorative medal. This medal is a puzzle-style medal that can be combined with medals from previous or future editions of this event, making it highly commemorative and meaningful.
