Theme: Gastronomy – Culture – Creativity

In 2017, Macau was designated by UNESCO as a 'Creative City of Gastronomy,' recognizing its food culture as a key symbol of the blend between Eastern and Western cultures. The 2019 Macau Cultural Industry Forum adopts the theme 'Gastronomy – Culture – Creativity,' using food as a core element to drive Macau's cultural and creative development and foster the integration of cultural industries with creativity.

The forum invited two distinguished representatives from the cultural and gastronomy sectors in South Korea and Taiwan to share their experiences in blending food, culture, and creativity.
