To promote mass sports and raise awareness of women's participation in sports and their physical and mental health, the Sports Development Bureau and the Macau Women's Federation have jointly organized the "Macau Women's Sports Carnival" since 2003. This event aims to encourage women to recognize the positive impact of sports on their health and to develop lifelong exercise habits. Over the years, it has been well-received by the public and has achieved significant results in promoting women's participation in mass sports.

The 2014 edition will be held on March 22 and 23, featuring two main segments:

I. "Sports and Anti-Aging" Seminar

• Date: March 22, 2014 (Saturday)
• Time: 14:30
• Location: Macau Fisherman's Wharf
• Target Audience: All Macau residents (no age or gender restrictions)

II. Fitness and Sports Competition

• Date: March 23, 2014 (Sunday)
• Time: 9:00
• Location: Macau Forum
• Activities: Fitness competitions and an international women's group invitational tournament.
• Target Participants:
  1. Women aged 18 to 60 with valid Macau residency documents can form teams to participate.
  2. Local women's groups and other organizations.
  3. International women's groups.
