The "2013 Macao First Cross-Strait Quality Food Expo" will be held for four consecutive days from August 1 to 4 at the Macao Convention & Exhibition Centre. This comprehensive exhibition features specialty foods from Taiwan, Mainland China, and Macao, combining baking, food, souvenirs, beverages, tea, and coffee.

• Exhibitors: A total of 120 exhibitors from across the strait, with 80 from Taiwan.
• Taiwan Highlights: Taiwanese agricultural products, by-products, and famous souvenirs, including pineapple cakes, sun cakes, and fruits.
• Live Experience: Snack shops from Tainan will be on-site, using Taiwanese ingredients to prepare various famous Taiwanese snacks.
