Event Overview
Macau’s annual food festival coincides with the Macau Grand Prix, creating a vibrant and unforgettable carnival for residents and visitors. This year's theme is 'Crafting New Culinary Ideas'. It features a wide array of local food vendors showcasing Macau's unique culinary culture. Additionally, twenty specialty food vendors from nine regions in Japan (Osaka, Hyogo, Tokushima, Kyoto, Nara, Wakayama, Mie, Shiga, and Fukui) have been invited, transforming the lower level of Sai Van Lake into a distinctive 'Japanese Village – Kansai'.

- Food Streets: Explore Chinese Restaurant Street, Continental Cuisine Street, Asian Food Street, Cuisine Street, and Dessert Street.
- Live Entertainment: Enjoy stage music, games, and a popular beer competition.
- Fireworks Display: Spectacular fireworks over the Macau Tower seafront on November 8, 12, and 16 (around 9:00 PM).
