This workshop uses gamification in the workplace as its core framework, drawing on real business cases to analyze why certain products or mechanisms can sustain engagement. It then applies this logic back to workplace scenarios. Participants will re-examine their work methods from a designer's perspective, master tools that can be used immediately, make actions more proactive, sustain participation longer, and thus resolve the internal friction in intergenerational collaboration.
