Summer is the perfect time to rekindle your forgotten baking skills! Join us this August for a series of hands-on baking workshops. We offer a variety of courses focusing on both bread and dessert making, perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike.

Bread Making
- Italian Vegetable Mini Buns: A healthy and fresh option. These buns use an Italian herb bread base, topped with colorful vegetables.
- Farmhouse Pizza: Learn the kneading techniques and baking methods for pizza. A fun activity to do with kids at home.
- Basic Bread: MOP 200
- Sourdough Walnut Cheese Farmer's Bread: MOP 200
Dessert Making
- French Lemon Tart: A traditional French dessert with a tangy, not-too-sweet flavor profile.
- Premium Chocolate Walnut Cake: This cake differs from conventional methods. It combines flour, oil, and 70% chocolate to create a moist cake, simply decorated – perfect as a gift for friends.

Course Details
- Class Size: Small group teaching with a maximum of 6 students per class.
- Participation: Welcome for individuals or small groups (4–6 people).
- Schedule: Weekday classes are available by appointment and start after 3:00 PM.
- Objective: To let more people experience the joy of baking in their free time.
