What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal (four-legged) and ground-based movements with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines. It creates a fun and challenging workout that emphasizes multi-planar, fluid movement.
Course Overview
Founded by Mike Fitch, an 18-year fitness coach veteran, Animal Flow blends elements of gymnastics, yoga, breakdancing, and a touch of 'wild beast' into a unique fitness modality. It utilizes animal mimicry to train the body in unfamiliar ways, activating the entire kinetic chain.
