The Singing Bowl Healing Workshop (Level 1) is an introductory course designed to help you rediscover inner peace through sound. Striking the bowl is an art that allows you to return to a state of ease, where both body and mind can find tranquility amidst the vibrations. This workshop has gained popularity due to its simple yet profound healing method. All you need is a singing bowl, a small space, and a calm heart to achieve complete relaxation, as if transported to another realm, free from all stress. By utilizing different sounds, the workshop guides participants to discover the root causes of their issues and find solutions, ultimately achieving harmony of body, mind, and spirit. (Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat; singing bowls will be provided by Re-mind Workshop for practice and use.)
Target Participants: Individuals who have previously attended a Singing Bowl "Level 1" workshop.
Madalena has over a decade of experience following numerous spiritual teachers, learning, comprehending, and practicing. She has extensively researched and obtained various professional qualifications in sound healing from both Eastern and Western traditions, as well as internal and external communication. In 2013, she founded Re-mind Workshop and works full-time as a professional sound healer, using different sounds to guide people in discovering the source of their problems and finding solutions to achieve holistic harmony.
This course is part of the Wynn Macau – Expressive Arts Experience Program sponsored by Wynn Macau, Limited. This initiative serves community members and children with special needs, helping them develop their artistic potential while using workshops to alleviate life stress, achieve healing effects, and promote physical and mental well-being.
Target Audience: Adults (Parents of children with special educational needs are welcome to attend).
