This Singing Bowl Healing Workshop (Level 1) offers an introduction to the art of sound therapy. Striking a singing bowl is an art that allows you to return to a state of ease, finding peace for your body and mind through sound. The popularity of singing bowl therapy stems from its simple healing method—requiring only a bowl, a small space, and a calm heart to achieve deep relaxation, as if entering another realm free from stress. By utilizing different sounds, the workshop guides participants to discover the root of their issues and find solutions, aiming for harmony of body, mind, and spirit. (Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat; singing bowls are provided by Re-mind Workshop for practice and use.)
Madalena has over a decade of experience following and learning from various spiritual teachers, cultivating her practice and understanding. She has studied sound healing from both Eastern and Western traditions, as well as internal and external communication, and holds multiple professional qualifications. In 2013, she founded Re-mind Workshop and works full-time as a professional sound healer, using diverse sounds to guide individuals in discovering the source of their problems and solutions, achieving holistic harmony.
