Service Industry Business English Conversation - II

This is a practical, conversation-based business English course designed primarily for working professionals in the service industry. It aims to enhance English communication skills in the workplace and to clarify the explanation of important document details to clients. Upon completion, participants will be able to handle more complex dialogues with partners or clients more adeptly, avoiding certain pitfalls in communication.

Course Content:

• Arranging client visits
• Scheduling meeting dates, times, and agendas
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Addressing and resolving disputes
• Sharing perspectives and opinions with clients
• Explaining charts, data, service terms, and related documents to clients
• Social and company introductions
• Product and service processes and usage

Business English Conversation: MICE Industry

This is a practical English course for the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. It covers the various processes of exhibitions and conferences, combined with business English dialogue practice to strengthen participants' conversational and communication skills in relevant scenarios. After completing the course, participants should understand the basic preparation flow of MICE projects, deliver clear and effective information, and engage in general business conversations with clients.

Part 1: Exhibitions

• Exhibition promotion (contacting potential clients, sending and requesting information)
• Pre-exhibition preparation and venue coordination (renting exhibition space, coordinating exhibition booths, introducing sponsorship, promotional costs)
• Booth reservation
• Accommodation arrangements
• Exhibition setup (exhibit transportation, booth construction and dismantling)

Part 2: Meetings

• Meeting preparation (venue booking, meeting invitations)
• Transportation and ticketing
• Immigration arrangements (visa applications, entry and exit procedures)
• Venue reception
• Meeting opening and on-site sales
