A creative movement workshop for young children and their parents, exploring the interactive relationship between music and the body. The workshop aims to use movement as a medium for communication and discovery.

• Instructor: Teacher He Ruiting (Teacher Hippo) from Hong Kong Rice Journey Studio
• Date & Time: September 24 (Saturday), 2:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Age Group: 3.5 to 6 years old
• Fee: MOP 400 per parent-child pair (1 adult + 1 child). An 85% discount is available for a second child.

Workshop Philosophy

Moving the body can be a way for children and adults to communicate. Through body movements, textures, and temperature, parents and children connect. The workshop celebrates the infinite creativity of a child's body expression and finds joy in the active participation of parents.

By moving our bodies and experiencing music, we feel the rhythms of daily life—fast and slow. "Dance in life, live in dance." The goal of Rice Journey Studio is to use the body to experience the fun in our surroundings and discover new perspectives in everyday life.

Organizer

Macau Young Artists Association has been actively promoting early childhood music education. They have invited Hong Kong's Rice Journey Studio to bring this uniquely fun and high-potential movement workshop to Macau, using "movement" to inspire both children and adults to explore the interaction between music and the body.

Rice Journey Studio previously left its mark in Macau by hosting an "Orff Music Instructor Workshop" to share the joy of movement with local educators. They are pleased to collaborate again this September.
