As people age, physical limitations can make it difficult to go out, especially for elderly individuals living alone. They may face various challenges in daily life, including mobility issues and potential feelings of loneliness and negative emotions. To address this, the Macau Diocese Performing Arts & Culture Association is launching "Art Comes Home," collaborating with local artists to visit elderly homes and engage in artistic activities together. The program aims to stimulate seniors' motivation for life, help them find satisfaction through the creative process, slow down functional decline, and improve their quality of life.

Target Participants: Elderly individuals with mobility difficulties or those who spend most of their time at home Duration: 1-1.5 hours (depending on the senior's energy level) Fee: Free

Activities Include:

• Gardening activities
• Instrument playing
• Collage storytelling
• Visual arts or handicrafts
• Gentle movement exercises
