Conflicts and disputes are common occurrences in our daily lives, whether between supervisors and subordinates, colleagues, clients, or even family and friends. Effectively facing and handling these situations is crucial for enriching relationships and achieving high work efficiency. This course will provide an in-depth explanation of the causes and development processes of conflicts and disputes, offering practical skills and strategies for participants to quickly master and enhance their ability to handle various types of conflicts.
