This is the first Macanese Cuisine Cooking Experience Workshop organized by the Language Club under the Macau Management Association, with funding from the Macao Foundation. The workshop aims to let participants experience the cooking techniques of Macanese Gastronomy, which is listed on Macau's Intangible Cultural Heritage list, and to learn about the origins of Macanese cuisine and related Portuguese vocabulary. The workshop will be led by representatives from the Macanese Gastronomy Friendship Association, allowing participants to feel the charm of Macanese food.
