About the Game

The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) is organizing the "Healthy Workplace Life Quiz Game" to promote occupational health awareness.

In today's fast-paced society, office workers often face challenges such as heavy workloads, tight deadlines, irregular working hours, and prolonged static postures. If not properly managed, these can lead to work fatigue, stress, occupational musculoskeletal disorders, unstable blood pressure, and reduced productivity for both individuals and companies.

To address this, DSAL has launched this quiz game to popularize knowledge about occupational health and increase public awareness on the topic.

Game Details

• Game Period: The game is launched in four phases from now until November.
• Phase Themes:
  • Phase 1: Preventing Work Fatigue and Stress
  • Phase 2: Occupational Musculoskeletal Disorders
  • Phase 3: The Relationship Between Work and Blood Pressure
  • Phase 4: Preventing Lower Limb Strain
• Participation: Interested citizens can participate via the DSAL website, the DSAL mobile app, or by scanning a QR code.

Prizes and Awards

• Phase Prizes: In each phase, 30 winners who answer all questions correctly will be randomly selected to receive a MOP 100 supermarket voucher.
• Grand Prize Draw: Participants who complete all four phases and answer all questions correctly will automatically enter the grand prize draw.
  • Grand Prizes: 5 winners in total.
    • 1st Prize: MOP 3,000
    • 2nd Prize: MOP 2,500
    • 3rd Prize: MOP 2,000
    • 4th Prize: MOP 1,500
    • 5th Prize: MOP 1,000
• Winners will be notified via SMS.
