Tie-dye is an ancient art form that uses tools like yarn, thread, and rope to bind, sew, tie, stitch, and clamp fabrics before dyeing. It boasts over a hundred different techniques, each with its own unique characteristics. The most astonishing aspect is that even if you tie thousands of the same pattern, no two results after dyeing will be identical. This unique artistic effect is difficult to achieve with mechanical printing processes.
