The Macau shipbuilding industry is inextricably linked to the natural environment. A close connection with mountains and water is a vital part of shipbuilding culture. While learning the craft, participants also need comprehensive cultural cultivation. By stepping into the original environment, the series aims to inspire more holistic thinking about the future development and preservation of Macau's traditional crafts.
The first chapter offers two knowledge-packed lectures. Set in a seaside shed and a traditional coffee shop, accompanied by natural sounds and a humanistic atmosphere, the sessions foster new imaginings of coastal culture.
