A comprehensive selection of fitness and sports courses offered in November and December 2018. All course fees are fully subsidized by the government under the 2017-2019 Macau Continuing Education Development Plan.
Available Course Categories
- Mixed Fitness & Weight Loss Class
- Average cost: MOP 60/hour
- Includes two series of courses with supplementary nutrition and sports theory video lessons.
- Weight Loss Training or Pilates Dual-Mixed Classes
- Average cost: MOP 70/hour
- Taught by instructors graduated from formal dance academies.

- Weight Loss Training + Yoga Dual-Mixed
- Pilates + Yoga Dual-Mixed
- Formal Boxing & Fitness Boxing Classes
- Average cost: MOP 70/hour
- Taught by former Macau female representative athlete.
- Incorporates appropriate Muay Thai elements.
- K-pop + Aerobic Weight Loss Dance Dual-Mixed Course
- Average cost: MOP 60/hour

Course content is supported by the following professionals and teams:
- Lei Kin Kit (C-Bak): Head Coach of the Macau Muay Thai Association.
- Carbright Sports Nutrition Consultant Team
- Yeung Kwong Liu: Overall Champion (Macau Group) of the 2018 Macau Bodybuilding Open.
- Mr. Yeung: Domestic Special Forces TRX Coach.

Registration Methods
- Visit the center in person to submit documents for processing. No cash payment is required on the spot.
- Cash transfer reservation service. You can transfer the fee to reserve a spot and complete the formalities on the first day of class, at which point the full reservation fee will be refunded. Please contact the association via WeChat for details.
