Ticket Collection

• Process: After successful purchase, provide your name and phone number. A ticket collection code will be sent via SMS within 30 minutes.
• Collection Points: Use the SMS code at the self-service ticket machines near the main entrance of Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom or at the ticket office.

Important Notes

1. The Halloween night ticket is valid for entry from 16:00 to 23:00 only.
2. No child or senior discounts. Anyone over 1.0 meters in height requires an adult ticket. One ticket grants access to all park attractions.
3. If you do not receive the collection SMS within half an hour after payment, please contact online customer service immediately or call 6677-4194 for assistance.
