Competition Details

This is a competition for aspiring young entrepreneurs in Macao to submit original business plans.

Eligibility and Categories

• Target Participants: Youth with entrepreneurial aspirations, participating as individuals or in teams of no more than 5 people.
• Competition Categories: The contest is divided into three groups:
  • Beginner Dream-Seeker Group: Participants must have completed the "Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Incubation Program – Beginner Dream-Seeker Chapter" co-organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau, the Economic and Technological Development Bureau, and the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Preparatory Committee.
  • Internet+ Group: Participants must be Macao residents aged 21 to 44, and their submitted business plan must be related to "Internet+".
  • Open Group: Participants must be Macao residents aged 21 to 44.

Key Rules and Submission Guidelines

• Existing, operational businesses are not eligible to apply.
• Each participant can only join one category.
• Each individual/team can only submit one business plan.
• Participants must submit their competition business plan to the organizer on time.
• All submitted plans must be the original work of the participants, unpublished, and not previously entered in any public competition or exhibition. Plans found to be plagiarized will result in disqualification, and the participant will bear all related responsibilities.
• Plans must be complete, specific, and feasible for implementation.
• The plan cover must state: "Macao Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition," the participant's category, and the participant's name. Submit the printed document along with a copy of the Macao Resident Identity Card.
• Shortlisted groups will be individually interviewed and will be notified separately.

General Terms

• The organizer reserves the right to change the competition rules.
• All participants must agree to and abide by the competition rules. The judges' final decision is conclusive and not subject to appeal.
• Violation of any rules will result in disqualification.
• The organizer reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
• The organizer holds the right to interpret these rules and may amend them as necessary.
