Purpose and Significance

For most recent university graduates, July and August are not an end but a new beginning for their professional careers. Through years of providing student career counseling services, the organizing associations have found that most Macao graduates-to-be lack in-depth understanding of various local industries. This is especially true for students returning from overseas universities, who often lack social experience, professional networks, and comprehensive employment information, affecting their job opportunities. Simultaneously, with slowing economic growth and increasingly frequent international talent mobility, competition in Macao's job market has intensified, indirectly tightening employment opportunities for young people.

This event has become a flagship activity for the organizing associations. It not only provides a platform for representatives from different industries in Macao to communicate directly with young job seekers, enabling youth to understand the latest market conditions and the development and characteristics of various sectors, but also offers career planning consultation services. These services help young people understand themselves better and find suitable positions based on their interests. Furthermore, the event provides various further education information for long-term career planning, benefiting companies and leading to a win-win-win situation for enterprises, job seekers, and society.

Event Format and Features

Exhibition Layout

Approximately 60 booths are expected, divided into three main zones:

• Corporate Representative Zone: Companies send representatives to give brief introductions, allowing visitors to easily obtain company profiles, job vacancies, recruitment intentions, and relevant forms. Visitors can submit their job application materials and conduct preliminary on-site discussions.
• Full-time, Part-time & Internship Vacancy Information Zone: To assist companies with tighter human resources, this zone posts recruitment information and contact methods for job seekers to review.
• Career Planning Consultation & Education Information Zone: The organizers will set up a career planning consultation room to provide immediate or appointment-based counseling services for young job seekers and employees uncertain about their future. Additionally, the event will invite vocational training institutions to exhibit, providing information on on-the-job training, certificate, and degree programs. This helps individuals understand the labor market and their own strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to enhance their competitiveness through further studies.
