To support the promotion of career planning, this event allows young people to think about and explore their life's direction and goals by listening to the personal growth experiences and struggles of individuals from different sectors of society.
Lai Yan Guang grew up in Macao and began teaching himself street dance at the age of ten. During his school years, besides participating in the school's Chinese dance team, he started exploring popular dance and formed a dance crew to perform as backup dancers for singers. In university, he received training in aerobics, Latin dance, and cheerleading, and obtained certificates as a dance coach and judge. He gradually transitioned from performing and competing to focusing on choreography and teaching. In recent years, Lai Yan Guang has been passionate about cultural and arts administration work, established a dance association, and actively promotes the development of the local cultural industry.
During this "Youth Appointment" session, Lai Yan Guang will share the joys and experiences of his dance career with the audience and has invited several dancers to perform his choreographed pieces live.
