Overview
A comprehensive summer internship program organized for Macau college students, offering opportunities to gain practical work experience in Macau and Mainland China. The program aims to help students understand real-world professional environments, apply their knowledge, build social experience, and expand their networks in preparation for their future careers.

Eligibility
- Holders of Macau Resident Identity Card
- Full-time students in the 2014/2015 academic year enrolled in the third year or above of a higher diploma or bachelor's degree program, or postgraduate programs, at institutions in Macau or abroad.
Internship Dates
- Mainland Internship: June 18 – July 17, 2014
- Local Internship (Macau):
- First Phase: July 7 – August 1, 2014 (approx. 4 weeks)
- Second Phase: August 4 – 29, 2014 (approx. 4 weeks)

Internship Format
- Unpaid work internships at institutions or enterprises in Macau and Mainland China.
- Internship guidance and training arrangements are provided by the host unit.
- No employment relationship exists between interns and the host unit.
- Local interns must sign an internship agreement with the host unit before the internship begins.
- Mainland interns will participate in the program organized by the Hunan Provincial Youth Federation in Changsha, Hunan. The Federation is responsible for job matching, exchange visits, and local accommodation, meals, and transportation. Round-trip travel between Macau and Changsha is covered by the Macau SAR Government. Participants must fully attend all activities arranged by the Federation.

- Local Internship: 60 students (approx. 30 per phase)

Selection Process
A Selection Committee composed of representatives from the organizers, implementing organizers, and host enterprises will conduct:
- Resume analysis and industry matching (qualified candidates proceed to interview)
- Interview
Final internship placements are determined by the Committee based on assessment results and student preferences.

Remarks
- The organizer reserves the right to request academic transcripts for verification.
- All selected students must attend the required training or briefing sessions. Absence will result in disqualification.
- Upon completion of the internship and evaluation, students will receive an internship certificate issued by the Higher Education Services Office or the Mainland internship organizer.
