About the Event
"Wise Youth" is a volunteer organization funded by the Social Welfare Bureau, focusing on youth gambling prevention. It recruits young people aged 16 to 28 annually to learn about the dangers of gambling through training, thematic activities, and community promotion, aiming to instill correct values and build a positive, healthy image.
The "Wise Life Experience Camp" is the latest 2016 initiative by "Wise Youth." The camp combines professional knowledge and experiential learning to help participants develop independent thinking skills and apply anti-gambling concepts to daily life. Participants will first visit two gambling counseling organizations in Hong Kong to understand the latest prevention information and developments. This will be followed by an adventure-based experience, facing unprecedented challenges to enhance personal decision-making and problem-solving skills, fostering a positive and proactive life attitude.
