Purpose
This event aims to deepen students' understanding of various professional disciplines, provide information on university majors from different regions, and help them make the most suitable further education choices based on their actual circumstances. It promotes the concept of career planning, encouraging early planning for future development.
Event Format
- Dream Lakeside: Simulates a relaxing weekend where professionals from various industries in Macau set aside their busy work to socialize at the "Dream Lakeside." Young students can envision their dream selves and potential future professional images, learning and seeking advice from them.
- Professional Avenue: In the open space of the venue, there is a "Professional Avenue" where professionals bring their daily work tools to simulate a real working environment. For example, an electronics engineer might display an oscilloscope, circuit boards, open casings, optical fiber looms, and other measuring instruments; a lawyer might bring thick legal codes and documents.
- Consultation Services: On-site consultation rooms provide further education counseling services, including tips for admission interviews and personality assessment tools. These help participants better understand their own traits and strengths, thereby developing the most suitable personal career plan.
- Interview Workshop: Through teaching interview techniques and conducting mock interviews, this workshop assists students in preparing for university admission interviews, enhancing their skills and confidence.
