About the Show

Space For Acting's year-end grand production invites renowned Hong Kong playwright Cheung Fei Fan and celebrated director Sin Chun Tung to collaborate on this tragicomedy for the audience.

The play tells the story of a real estate tycoon who passes away in Hong Kong's Central district. His son must organize a century-defining funeral for his father, intended to be a city-wide mourning event to demonstrate filial piety. Unexpectedly, the process is filled with hilarious mishaps. Can a large sum of money truly construct genuine filial piety?

This performance is a Universally Accessible Theatre production, featuring audio description, sign language interpretation, and Chinese subtitles.
