To help friends interested in community cultural development and artistic creation learn more about the practice of community art, the Cultural Affairs Bureau has specially invited artists and community culture experts from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau to share their experiences in community and social art this summer.
