The "Trainee Volunteer Management Course 2015" is primarily aimed at local volunteers in Macao. The event features four experienced volunteer trainers from Hong Kong and Macao, offering specialized training workshops. Participants will learn basic ethical knowledge of volunteering, human resource management, service report evaluation, and more. Through organizing service work plans, participants will draft service proposals to enhance their skills, understand the needs and conditions of those being served, and foster interpersonal relationships with respect and care.

- Service Internship & Proposal Writing: April 20–24 (Participants must draft a volunteer proposal after the first session. The Association will arrange supervisors for group interviews, explanations, and guidance on the proposals.)
