Track (Trajectory) – Hong Kong
"Track" is the first complete duo creation by Hong Kong's One Third Circus. Using crystal balls and diabolo (Chinese yo-yo) as mediums, the performance explores the connection between the two performers and their juggling props within complex and dazzling routines. It traces the trajectory of each movement, extending it to the interactive paths between people in different life scenarios.
The work premiered at the "Circus Playground" during the Tai Kwun Circus Season 2022, fully showcasing the performers' personalities and specialties. The coordination, fusion, and mutually influencing juggling movements are particularly impressive. Both performers have participated in numerous juggling competitions and performed in various settings.
