Overview

To support the Macao SAR Government's ongoing efforts to promote Macao's development as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, the Macao Small and Medium Catering Business Association, in collaboration with the Macao University of Science and Technology (MUST) Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Macao Catering Industry Development Association, jointly organized the "Tourism+" Gastronomic City Development Forum: Challenges and Opportunities in the New Era.

Forum Objective

This development forum aimed to bring together stakeholders from various sectors to explore the challenges and solutions for the catering industry in the post-pandemic era. It combined the strengths of:

• The Macao catering industry

• Academia

• The mainland Chinese catering industry
