Overview
A comprehensive nine-month theatre lecture series, jointly launched for the first time by the Macau Theatre Culture Society and the International Association of Theatre Critics (Hong Kong Branch). The first phase includes two parts: "Ten Lectures on Western Theatre" and "Macau Theatre History and Critical Writing." Guided by 14 theatre experts from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, the series offers 32 in-depth sessions exploring topics from Western theatre history to the development of Macau's theatre scene. This program is ideal for critics, theatre practitioners, arts administrators, and theatre enthusiasts.

Special Benefit
All participants of the "Macau Chapter," regardless of the number of sessions attended, are entitled to attend the "Hong Kong Theatre Development and Critical Writing" lectures and workshops held in Hong Kong free of charge. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and performance tickets. Specific dates for the Hong Kong sessions will be announced later.

Participant Guidelines
- Registration implies consent for the organizer to take photos during classes for online promotional purposes.
- A certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants who achieve an 80% attendance rate for each phase.
- Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the activity starts. Latecomers may be denied entry.
- All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances after confirmation.
- No make-up classes or refunds will be arranged for absences due to personal or medical leave.
- For the "Hong Kong Chapter Two" / "Macau Theatre History and Critical Writing" segment, study plays and designated viewing sessions are pre-selected and cannot be changed by participants.
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a No. 8 standby signal, No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone warning, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal 3 hours before class, the session will be cancelled without refund. Make-up arrangements will be discussed between the instructor and students.
