Adapted from Brighton Beach Memoirs, a semi-autobiography by American playwright Neil Simon, this comedy is based on the confessions of a 15-year-old teenager. It illustrates the tale of a seven-member Jewish family in New York and how they helped each other during the Great Depression in the 1930s. As the world is now suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic, the audience can learn from the positive tone of this show to better prepare themselves in the face of adversity.
