A comedy of errors unfolds when a playboy doctor's past catches up with him.
Dr. Wu Juzhen, a charming but philandering doctor at Andrew Hospital, is preparing a lecture for a promotion. His carefully managed life is thrown into chaos when his former lover, Dai Xiren, suddenly reappears. She reveals that the reason she left without a word years ago was because she was pregnant with his son, Zhuangsheng. Now, Zhuangsheng has come to find his father, but his arrival is complicated by a drunk driving incident, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.
Desperate to keep this secret from his wife, Lin Shurou, and others, Dr. Wu turns to his longtime, honest, and somewhat naive friend, Dr. Meng Xingshan. He convinces Meng to temporarily pose as Zhuangsheng's father to deceive the police and send the young man away. However, as unexpected events pile up, one lie leads to another, and the fabricated story grows increasingly absurd. How will this tangled web of deceit finally unravel?
